The beach and sea were very clean, and the natural views in the area were breathtaking. the location was great, being within five-minute walking distance to the local food court and Sarawak cultural village. the pool was majestic, providing a peaceful spot to relax.
The rooms were not clean and tidy enough, with broken doors, loose ceiling boards, and broken curtains. the air conditioning was not too cooling, and there was no toilet paper provided.

We appreciated our stay. A reasonable base for exploring Santubong. Location was within 5 min walking distance to Teluk Penyuk...

THe ambience was verry good and the setting excellent
Romm was very sparce. Airconditioning could not be switched off or made warmer. I do not want to saty in an airconditioned room all the time. Chairs on balcony could have a cushion, as long sitting for reading is uncomfortable. Choice of food venues very limited , near the beach why not seafood bbq to encourage guest to stay. Surrounding venues food ok but very basic, are you missing out?

There is really nothing to complain about here, especially when it comes to the pool and access to free WiFi.

Cannot understand the negative reviews read earlier ...this hotel is very good and the staff was wonderfull and very obliging I would recommend this hotel to anyone ..may be a bit far from Kuching but shuttle bus able to be booked with reception and cost myr10 each way ..pretty cheap considering it between 45/60 minutes travel..food was good sad it has poor occupancy but the saff were great ..thank you to Zurinawati at the pool bar a real gem..
May the furniture is a bit worn out but you stay at this resort for the furniture ..the convenience outlet could have a wider choice when considering the distance from Kuching..but overall very good

Brilliant beach location with the heritage village three minutes' walk away. Great service and good facilities.
Need to bear in mind that you are 20 miles out of Kuching, and this can add significantly to expenses. Shuttle bus available at £5 return, otherwise taxis £10 each way. Buy in town your bottled water, drinks and crispa as they will be 5 times the price at the resort.

We absolutely loved the hotel's location in front of the sea with captivating views of the ocean and the mountains. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the peaceful and serene environment, perfect for winding down after a long week of work. The F&B staff was welcoming and our candlelit dinner was memorable.

Beautiful surroundings. Jungle and sea.
Absolutely the worst breakfast I ever had in Southeast Asia. Prices of drinks do not correspond to *** level.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my time here. The room was impeccably neat and tidy, providing a comfortable and cozy space for me to relax.
Almost perfect. The only small drawback was that the hotel seemed to be short-staffed, which put some strain on the restaurant during the Christmas/New Year period. However, despite this challenge, the chef did an excellent job with the Christmas buffet, offering delicious food options.

The scenery was superb and all the rooms have views be it, the sea, the pool or the rainforest view.
The hotel has a selection of attractive dining and bistro being offered but I think the food prices are on the high side. This makes many guests venture outside the hotel for meals.
